You know that someone looked at seat sizes and said at x inches 90% are comfortable but will go elsewhere for a lower fare. 40% are comfortable at Y inches and will go elsewhere for a lower price. At z inches no one is comfortable, all will complain and all will stick with you because you’re the lowest fare.
