I started my career going 8-5 with a lunch from 1-2. I realized I hated it and
The second half of the day was always such a drag.

So I switched to 7 hour shifts with no lunch. My productivity skyrocketed, my time out of my office increased dramatically, and my burnout level decreased significantly. And I lost weight and became more fit because I wasn’t eating out and I had time now to workout.
