Sacramento loves sports and it could open the door for their MLS expansion team to have a co-home. I think they would get outstanding fan support.

And I guess the overall quality of the school just isn’t a huge factor given the PAC12 includes Boise, Utah State, Fresno.

I’m genuinely curious why UC Davis wouldn’t be aggressively pursuing this but they have never prioritized sports.
