I think the issue is they lost by 2 TDs at home to a no-name team who they were
favored to beat comfortably. And they looked bad doing it.
Had the loss been on the road and/or to a team perceived as being better, they would have been able to better handle it.
The fact that Arizona creamed them last year and it was supposed to be a revenge game probably doesn’t help either. And also that K-State blew out Arizona a couple of weeks ago.
