It should cut both ways- if guys that accept NIL (pay to play) and don't play
Well or play very poorly , there should be an option to show them the door.
If they don't get paid as agreed , I think they should be able to sit out until what was agreed upon is met, but I also think if they don't live up to their end, they should be replaced.
