He implied the they just hold it unless they absolutely can't, then they just run to the locker room and their backups will have to cover for them if they can't make it back in time.

He also said they've been requesting to put a urinal thing in the medical tent so they can just use that. I can understand why they would want to have a jug of pee sitting in the heat in the medical tent though...
