I worked at the gym/field in the MTC and some missionaries asked if I would fill in as goalie for them. Literally as I was walking into the goal some punk elder from 5 feet away kicked it at me as hard as he could, to "test my reflexes." Hit me right in the hand, broke my wrist and required surgery.

I still feel just a little bad for cussing at the elder.

Anyways, sorry for your son, I hope he heals up quickly and it doesn't require surgery.
