Hmm.. KC's numbers were pretty solid.
I get what you're saying - Demin seems like he'll freelance less and play within the system more than KC. KC always seemed to dribble high and, if you were watching him for the first time, his slower movement and high dribble might worry one about TOs. But the guy rarely actually turned it over. We're talking about a point forward who averaged almost 2 Assists/TO.

To me, the thing that really set KC apart is that after he created his own shot (usually through driving) he followed it relentlessly. More than anyone else I've ever seen at the college level, KC understood that the person with the best chance at rebounding the ball is the player that shot the ball. He followed his own shot better than anyone I've ever seen in college. Yes, KC shot bricks, but Demin could probably learn from KC in that regard.
