you can get anywhere fast, traffic is amazing for a large city. tons to do both outdoor and entertainment, everything is close, multiile airports, taxes are very low, very short drive to rivers, lakes and mountains. lots of good golf. I am obviously speaking for the East Valley. it has the benefits of a massive metropolitan area, but I can be golfing, riding ATVs, on the lake or shooting out in the desert in no time.
