It isn’t horrible, I lived in TX, average is probably .05-.06 per kWh.
Means rate is usually .12 to .13. Not as bad as a lot of places.
And not a good as some places like Utah or Idaho.
My dad lives in Bountiful and his rate is under .10. Funny thing is his bills are higher in the winter vs summer. And he doesn’t have electric heat.
Keeps his A/C at 72 and probably high bill $120.
