Any kid over 42” can ride almost any ride except the roller coasters.
We have passes (we live close by) and my daughter who turned 4 has been riding most of the rides this entire year.
My oldest is 9 so we probably only have a couple more years where she has fun there, but she still loves it for now. It helps that she got very into ninjago earlier this year.
