conference play and get ranked high enough, and we lose a close game in the Big12 title game, and the SEC/B1G/ACC at large candidates look bad enough in comparison, we could get one of the 8 at large bids. We would have to be in the top half of those 8 to get to host a game, but....there's a chance....
