This probably comes down to difference of opinion. I dont consider a guy with questionable dependability as being "top notch". Especially with the load that Utah typically has their workhorse RBs carry when they have QB issues.
But he is very talented.

Except that he's averaging 16.4 carries per game so far. Moss averaged 16.8 carries per game in his SR season. Bernard
