What would take him to the next level is being able to better customize the offense to the strengths of the players. I think he is still learning even at this stage in his career but if he is going to run the offense he is running, he has to have the players to be able to do it effectively. If not his system better be able to be flexible enough for the players he has to be more effective. I really think he only knows how to run 1 specific system offense or bust.
