I'm confused by your entire post, but I have answers.
First off, this is a reddit post, not anything official. So someone just butchered the graphic...its incorrect. #17 - #24 are ALL wrong.
Secondly, the issue with the graphic is that Texas A&M and UNLV both tied with 122 votes, tied for #25: https://www.ncaa.com/news/football/article/2024-09-29/college-football-scores-top-25-rankings-schedule-results-week-6
Instead of showing both UNLV and Texas A&M at #25, they showed Texas A&M at #24 and all the schools between them and #18 got bumped up one slot and BYU got dropped off.

I think this is a typo issue. (I think Emily Leiker deliberately kept us off her list for non-football reasons).
