Handoff. Loss of half a yard.
3rd and goal from about the 3. Shotgun formation. Incomplete pass.

I have to think a team could easily get 3 yards in 3 plays from under center with 3 QB sneaks or 3 handoffs or a combination of the two.
Heck even a play action pass would likely work when the defense sells out to stop the run
