too many cooks in the kitchen. Donors, etc. make it waaaaaaay too hard to be successful there.

To be clear, I'm talking about sustained success. They did win a NC a decade ago, but--imo--that was more lightning in a bottle with Cam Newton and Gene Chizik. Unless there are changes, they will continue to underachieve.
