I haven’t seen much this season to change my mind about his performance, quite the contrary. If not for improvements on defense we might be 3-2, which isn’t crazy considering the defense was the one to actually step up in both instances.

If you started this season with general approval for A-Rod I would agree with you. Wins are wins, we got it done. But realistically it’s really difficult to honestly say that the offense is better this year, other than perhaps the line. In my mind it’s worse, which brings my sentiment from “fire A-Rod”right back to “fire A-Rod.”
