then the unexpected success and seeming improvement from last season to this season was simply fools gold. Even last year we were decent to good the first half of the season. It was once the injuries piled up and our depth was exposed that we really struggled. This year was about showing you’ve increased the depth of talent, which if the injuries and subsequent lack of depth sends us to a 2-5 finish then we will know that the depth problem wasn’t fixed.

Having said that, I think the RB’s have shown signs of increased depth (these are RB’s #3 and #4 remember) at that position so I’m hopeful we really have improved the depth in most position groups. Let’s go BYU!
