There's a difference between moving and firm control, though. The ball can move and you still have control, esp in a
combat catch scenario like that where several guys have hands on the ball. The ball will move.
It was a decision on control to the ground or not; they decided he didn't have it. Which is fine. But hard to overturn whatever the on field call was because you can argue he had and he didn't have control.
