with NIL and recent changes there was a massive influx of Kenyans coming to the
collegiant long distance scene. These guys are ready to go and compete for an NCAA championship and yes, a lot of them are older. Oregon signed a 21 year old freshman who ran the 800m for Kenya at Paris Olympics. Arkansas runner from Uganda received a three year ban for doping. They went out and signed a ton of talent.
A lot of people think these runners might have a hard time because they will actually be tested and it has long been believed that a lot of those countries are doping.
