There's no roster limit. There's a 13 scholarship limit. Mboup was announced as 13th. Nowadays, there are other ways

That is a scholarship limit, there is no current roster limit.

Yes, I corrected and so did you. New roster limit to 15 down from unlimited and scholarships up 2 from 13. But not sure
