It is really hard to tell the difference between the liver and spleen. Think
About it, one large organ is on the left and the other is on the right. That can be confusing to a surgeon. I mean, the splenic artery comes from the celiac trunk and so does the hepatic artery, you know, going opposite directions. Super confusing. Also confusing is that massive portal vein. I mean, dude, cut that monster and now you can't see anything.
