Part of it is the ridiculous misinformation campaign Whitt always uses. If

Rising truly has nerve damage to his lacerated finger, then that is a legitimate concern. But Whitt's track record is smoke and mirrors and intentional deception about injuries and playing status of players like Rising. I can see why the fanbase would be so frustrated at the whole drama.
