Corn Pop Intervention Needed
Did a quick search of a GM owner's manual:
Looks like they attach their rear leaf springs a little different than other trucks I've owned, so they recommend on the axel to the inside of the rear shock absorber. Obviously do not place it under the shock absorber mount.

They've welded a jack placement bracket onto the frame behind the front tires. The frame does dip down under the cab, so it is a little lower up front.
