You can easily spend a week in Panama.

I was in Valle de Antón recently, and it's very pretty. Plenty of other places to go. Much of the interior has a lot in common with Costa Rica.

I suggest Medellin, Cartagena, or Cuzco. Or go big and hit Buenos Aires, stay a day in the city then grab a cheap
