In your opinion is a 7A much better than a fixed conventional? Both were at 6%
as far as a rate when we began talking, 3 year vs 5 year prepayment penalty isnt a huge deal to me, 15% vs 20% isnt a huge deal. Is there something about a 7A that is so much better than the conventional that they approved me for that I should look elsewhere?
