Probably a dumb question Whirley - but is there any chance it's a bluetooth issue with your phone/tablet/PC vs an electronic issue with the KICKR itself? It'd be nice if it's something you can troubleshoot on the device end instead of a faulty KICKR.

Sidenote: Zwift's trainer was discounted pretty heavily last year, so it might be an option if you do need to replace the KICKR.
