Knocking, I don't think you do anything until next year at the earliest, I mean the last 2 years both started off pretty great both at 4-1 but but ended up 8-5 and 5-7 in 2022 and 2023. 8-5 is normally good but that was supposed be a great because we came off of a 11-1 season and would have killed it but the defense while never great, completely imploded plus we unexpectedly had no kicker.

2023 was going to be a scrap but lost so many games including our last 5 games mostly because what was supposed to be an awesome Oline was unexpectedly a dumpster fire. He held on to Tuiaki a few years too long and never should have hired Funk. Sitake been pretty good but those 2 decisions are important HC decisions and have been some of his poorest decisions and should be factored (I don't blame him for the Detmer hire - everyone wanted that and was excited when that happened and I think TH highly encouraged or told him to)
