I'd say that Utah, Oregon, and Washington are as good a game day and intensity in the stadium as the best of the Big 12 ( Iowa State, KSU, OSU, BYU). Then there are a bunch of solid but nothing special in both (Wazzu, Oregon State, USC, Arizona, ASU, CU, and UCF, TCU, Baylor, Cinci) and then they gave the just awful of UCLA, Cal, Stanford, Houston, Kansas)

Over all the Big12 is superior, but both conferences had their great places and terrible.

I still think Houston was a terrible add for the Big12.
