DirtyWater Intervention Needed
POLL: Has Comcast EVER called you back when your ticket is elevated to Tier 2?
I have been a Comcast customer off and on for several decades. I have spent at least 100 hours on the phone with its tech support over my lifetime. I am curious about others' experience with Comcast.
