True, yet Hill's defense also held SMU out of the end zone in their own house.
SMU had multiple red zone opportunities and it was never noise that kept them out.

BTW, that same SMU put up 66 against TCU.

I'm not saying the crowd didn't play a factor with KState because it certainly did. We don't have nearly the margin of victory without them and I think KState gets at least one ore two more touchdowns without the noise, but still. The defense saw a way to make stops in other situations.
