Wendy's on Cougar Blvd — but somehow doesn't know it's a chain. IDK how, but it's apparently a thing with him. He did try another one once but oddly declared it was a pale imitation of the "real" one and that he hoped the fraud was sued out of existence.

He has apparently told her that he'll never leave as long as that Wendy's is near campus. So we just need to keep it from closing and keep him from finding out that there actually are others and that they're near tons of other campuses. Control his routes to and from airport to other stadiums, etc. and we don't even need to pay him market — he thinks he's coming out ahead.
