just that Logan is relatively small compared to other university cities. They usually fill their basketball arena which seats over 10,000. Maverick Stadium for football only seats around 25,000. However, the fans that show up are pretty rabid fans and very loyal to USU. IMO, they’ll always be an FBS team. Too small for P4. Too big for FCS.
