Also, with the league going from 14 teams to 16 teams, the total inventory of games is higher.

Instead of 14 teams playing 18 conference games (126 conference games total), we have 16 teams playing 20 conference games (160 conference games total). That is an increase in 34 conference games. Of course, this comes at the expense of non-conference games, but with the increase in the number of teams, we are still looking at an additional 20-25 games in inventory for the conference (which coincidentally is about the same number of games that are being put on CBSSN).
