motion?

It seems he's mostly gotten rid of that sidearm motion he had last year which is a good thing. But there is still something strange about his release. It's very fast. It seems he can throw the long ball almost effortlessly, but it comes out super quick. When it's accurate, it's great, when it's not, we are all on pins and needles wondering what will happen.

Is it his mechanics that are impacting his accuracy? If so, is it something that can be fixed? I'm not an expert at this sort of thing, but all I know is his throw looks different than other QBs.
