Alamo Bowl gets 1st pick of the P12 teams. Given the specific selection criteria they'd have their choice between Utah and Washington State, They'd go w/ WSU given that it's a B12 team on the other side. That leaves Utah in the Holiday Bowl. USC (who projects to finish 8-4 compared to WSU's 10-2) would be top choice for the Vegas Bowl at that point.

If USC were to go 9-3 then they would be in consideration for Alamo and Holiday Bowls as well. They played in the Alamo Bowl last year, though, and so there's a pretty strong chance that Alamo would still go with Washington State to avoid a repeat team. USC would then probably end up in the Holiday Bowl and Utah in the Vegas Bowl in that scenario.
