I think you look at your top 6 receivers
And go with the guy that is best at fielding punts.
You don’t need the most explosive guy at PR but you do need someone reliable and capable of running. It’s very possible that Kingston is the best overall on PR for BYU - but most teams have guys more reliable than Kingston and just as or close to capable as a runner.
