The P2 is already in place. B12 & ACC are tier 2.
Only one team from each tier 2 conference is allowed in the top 10.
It’s clear that B12 is not respected as a conference. Whichever top B12 team exists will have to go undefeated to climb into the top five. There is no place at the top for anyone outside the SEC and B10.
