There are plenty of us. I can't help with the strollers since we've been out of
that market for 15 years, but the #1 piece of advice for you and your wife is this:
GET HELP.
If someone offers a meal or baby sitting or whatever, TAKE IT. Little things like the sister in our ward who would come over just to do laundry for my wife add up to make a big difference. The first couple of years were brutal for us.
