You could conceivably start and make it off the hill and onto side streets without anybody noticing. From there it's just gambling that when running past the east side apartment complexes, any students awake and out are probably busy fornicating or at very least breaking the Honor Code with each other, and can't be bothered to call the cops.

Your real issue would be that final stretch where you cross University. Even in the middle of the night you'd about have to plan on somebody seeing you and calling the cops, which means you'd need a strategically parked getaway vehicle and be gone before the cops could respond.
