Bronco was an amazing DC, but he became more interested in the global picture
of shaping programs, and doing more HC stuff. Not sure what Hill was like as a coach for Weber, and how hands on he was with the defense, but he's proving to be an amazing DC as well. Hope we keep him at least a few more years (or longer as HC).
