No one wants to work for a boss who will fire you if your subordinates are successful. Why would Jay Hill want to take that job? Say Jay hill is HC, but the offense ok. He hires above average OC. That OC has a great success, lots of yards, TDs, NFL recruits etc. Now you believe you're going to get let go. Unless that OC gets another offer from elsewhere, and you're back to starting over. You'd be constantly trying to ruin people's carreer to save your own.
That is asinine. Just keep Jay hill here until the expatriation of Kalani's contract. This is why I am so glad CBers dont run the BYU Athletics department.
