to no hot water. The water heater error code is saying it needs a burner replaced.

I've tried to contact the rental company (AMH) but it's saturday so no-one is working. I think utah state law gives them 3 calendar days to get this fixed. So that means if no-one sees the message until monday it has to be fixed monday or they are violating state law. I suppose the clock might not start until tomorrow which would give them until tuesday.

Any thoughts?
