I listed basketball tickets a few times last year. Even when you DON'T add in the fees, they typically would list the ticket price different than what I listed. The price with fees was always significantly higher than my list price, but the confusing part was that MY list price didn't always match THEIR list price (and sometimes their list price was lower).
