I only have mild-moderate sleep apnea, and honestly, I don't necessarily feel more rested, but my headaches went from ~4 a week down to 1 a week on average.

I'd try the CPAP. You won't know until you do. It just didn't work for me

I'm definitely planning on trying the machine. It's actually a BIPAP ASV or VPAP
