Since Covid. WFH gave us the ability to poach good talent from around the country and world that we didn't have the option to while in the office. We are now seeing some signs of loss of productivity in some departments and having to let some people go that probably would have been fine in the office with eyes watching them, but overall WFH was the best thing that ever happened to our company
