From the WFH posts it is honestly shocking to me how little work people do
Being in the dental field at a busy office I guess I had never considered that people might not be busy all day while working. My entire team literally works constantly with very few breaks and teamwork is absolutely essential. And it honestly is totally fine for us.

It is shocking to hear so many people talking about how much time they spend doing other things during work, both with WFH and in the office. For the one job I had while in college I went to the BYU library, clocked in, catalogued books for 4 hours straight, then clocked out.

When I hear arguments for WFH they honestly sound wild to me that people would do other things during work hours. But then at the same time I hear about what people are supposedly doing in the office and that seems wild to me too.

I guess I just live in a completely different world of business and shouldn’t try to understand it.
