adding stuff to my military records literally 9 yrs after I retired. Had a fellow student in my pilot training class that went to see the flight doc for a pulled back muscle. They grounded him for a few days and then he flew again and pulled the same back muscle again. Doc took an x-ray from the front (chest) and found a heart problem they hadn't seen before. Boom. Gone. Permanently. We learned real fast you didn't tell the flight docs anything.
