Miles might be the most explosive back we got. But what's explosion if the fuse ain't lit fast enough?
It's Haunga's vision & decisiveness that's got me most hopeful we can compete against KState without LJ & Hickley. (But particularly without LJ).

ARod needs better packages for Davis. Quick passes/screens/options

You can only run so many of those misdirection plays that get him in the clear (& can't associate them too much w Davis)

Agree you can only do so much. This probably means we shouldn't play him much.

I do hope they tasked him a bit this week in trying to be an every-down back for us.

Exactly. It's not rocket science to see.

Davis is great as an outside option or screen pass. He is not a hit the hole runner. Goes down on first contact

He's a converted WR and plays like it

And he was more of an all-purpose skill player/athlete than he was a WR, even.

Haunga was more than a WR in HS. He was an offensive everything.

Somewhere in the negatives & positives isn't there an overarching concern for the team's ability to perform on Saturday?

It’s ok to be objective based on stats. It’s ok not to pretend he’s great.
